Univision Communications Inc. y todas sus empresas afiliadas (ya sea que existan en la actualidad o en el futuro), incluyendo sin limitar: Univision Interactive Media, Inc. realizando negocios como Univision.com, The Univision Network Limited Partnership, Univision Television Group, Univision Radio, Inc., Univision Management Co., TeleFutura Network, TeleFutura Television Group, Inc., Galavision, Inc., Univision Studios, LLC, Univision of Puerto Rico, Inc. y Univision Financial Marketing, Inc., en adelante referidos colectivamente como "Univision" o "nosotros" o "nuestro". Univision.com incluye, sin limitación, www.univision.com y cualquier WAP o sitio móvil asociado a los mismos (en adelante, en conjunto "nuestro Sitio Web").

AL DESCARGAR INFORMACIÓN RSS (EL "SERVICIO") DE NUESTRO SITIO WEB, USTED ACEPTA ESTAR OBLIGADO POR Y SER PARTE DE ESTOS TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO RSS Y A LOS YA MENCIONADOS TÉRMINOS DE USO DE UNIVISION (EN CONJUNTO, EL "CONTRATO"). SI USTED NO ESTA DE ACUERDO CON TODOS LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTE CONTRATO, NO HAGA USO DEL SERVICIO.

1. OTORGAMIENTO DE DERECHOS. Sujeto a la Sección 3 y a los demás términos de este Contrato y, salvo consentimiento por escrito en contrario de Univision, Univision le otorga una licencia revocable, no transferible, no sub-licenciable, libre de regalías, no exclusiva, licencia limitada sólo para exhibir (sin distribución posterior) en su sitio en Internet ("Su Sitio Web") el Contenido RSS, siempre que usted no altere, edite o elimine cualquier parte del Servicio o del Contenido RSS. Univision puede restringir, suspender o dar por terminado su acceso a cualquier aspecto o a la totalidad del Servicio o Contenido RSS en cualquier momento y por cualquier razón sin previo aviso o responsabilidad. Univision se reserva el derecho de modificar, a su única y absoluta discreción, el Servicio y/o el Contenido RSS en cualquier momento. 2. RESERVA DE DERECHOS. El Servicio y Contenido RSS están protegidos por las Leyes de Derechos de Autor de los Estados Unidos y Tratados Internacionales de Derechos de Autor. Entre usted y Univision, todo título, derechos de propiedad, derechos de autor y cualquier otro derecho de propiedad intelectual de y para el Servicio y Contenido RSS, así como cualquier copia o parte del mismo, deberán permanecer exclusivamente en Univision. 3. RESTRICCIONES. Excepto por lo expresamente establecido en la Sección 1 y/o salvo consentimiento en contrario por Univision por escrito, usted no podrá, directa o indirectamente: (a) vender, modificar, traducir, copiar, publicar, transmitir, distribuir o de cualquier otro modo difundir el Servicio, el Contenido RSS o cualquier parte de los mismos; (b) eliminar o no exhibir cualesquier frases promocionales incluidas en el Servicio o Contenido RSS; (c) alquilar, arrendar, o de cualquier otro modo atentar a, o de cualquier otro modo pretender transmitir derechos del Servicio o del Contenido RSS; (d) exhibir el nombre, logo, marca, o cualquier otra identificación de otra persona o entidad (excepto para Univision o usted) en Su Sitio Web de tal manera que de la impresión al observador de que dicha otra persona o entidad es un editor o distribuidor del Servicio o del Contenido RSS en Su Sitio Web; (e) remover, ocultar, alterar o destruir cualquier derecho de autor u otra notificación de propiedad o cualquier línea de crédito o fecha de línea de datos u otra marca o fuente de identificación incluido en el Servicio o Contenido RSS, incluyendo sin limitación, el tamaño, color, ubicación o estilo de las marcas y logos de Univision; (f) hacer cualquier declaración o garantía en nombre de Univision o cualquiera de sus afiliadas o socios; (g) usar cualquier programa o proceso automatizado, incluyendo, sin limitación, "bots", "web crawlers" y "web scrapers", y/u otras herramientas similares, para extraer sistemáticamente el Servicio o Contenido RSS de nuestro Sitio Web sin nuestro previo y expreso consentimiento por escrito; (h) eludir o intentar eludir cualquier control de acceso u otras medidas similares que puedan ser implementadas por Univision de momento a momento; o (i) usar el Servicio o Contenido RSS en cualquier sitio web (incluido Su Sitio Web) que contenga desnudos o material pornográfico de cualquier tipo, exhibir el material en que se explote a menores de 18 años, promueva o proporcione información instructiva de actividades ilegales o violencia física o lesiones en contra de cualquier grupo o individuo, o use el Servicio o Contenido RSS de cualquier forma que resulte obscena, difamatoria, calumniosa, que invada la intimidad de las personas o que sea engañosa.

Usted declara y garantiza a Univision que su(s) marca(s), logo(s), material y contenido en Su Sitio Web, que no sea el Servicio y Contenido RSS, no infringe ni infringirá ninguna marca, servicio de marca, derecho de autor, derecho de publicidad, derecho a la privacidad u otros derechos de propiedad intelectual de un tercero, constituir publicidad falsa, engañosa o desleal o mostrar desprecio por la ley aplicable, o incumplir con las leyes y normatividad aplicable (incluyendo, por ejemplo, los requisitos de licencia y las reglas administrativas o profesionales). Univision no será responsable por cualquier queja o acción que resulte de cualquier Contenido RSS incluido en el Servicio que haya sido modificado o de otro modo editado por usted de cualquier forma. 5. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD. BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA Y BAJO NINGUNA TEORÍA LEGAL, PARA CONTRATAR, DE RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL OBJETIVA, O CUALQUIER OTRA, SERÁ UNIVISION RESPONSABLE ANTE USTED O CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA O ENTIDAD POR CUALQUIER DAÑO INDIRECTO, ESPECIAL, INCIDENTAL O CONSECUENCIAL DE CUALQUIER TIPO, INCLUYENDO SIN LIMITAR, DAÑOS POR LA PERDIDA DE INGRESOS, PERDIDA DEL VALOR DEL NEGOCIO, SUSPENSIÓN DE LABORES, PRECISIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS, CONTENIDO O RESULTADOS RSS, ERROR O MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE EQUIPO DE COMPUTO, DAÑOS CAUSADOS POR LA DESHABILITACIÓN DEL SERVICIO, EN RELACIÓN CON LA FALTA DE PAGO DE CUOTAS DE LICENCIA, COSTOS DE ADQUISICIÓN POR LA SUSTITUCIÓN DE BIENES, O CUALQUIER Y TODO DAÑO O PERDIDA COMERCIAL. EN NINGÚN CASO UNIVISION SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR LOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS POR EXCESO DE CUOTAS PAGADAS POR USTED (EN CASO DE HABERLOS) EN RELACIÓN CON EL SERVICIO, AUN CUANDO UNIVISION HUBIERA TENIDO QUE SER INFORMADO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS, O POR CUALQUIER OTRA RECLAMACIÓN DE CUALQUIER OTRA PARTE. EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LA LIMITACIÓN ANTERIOR NO RESULTE APLICABLE POR CUALQUIER MOTIVO, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS PROVEEDORES, TERCEROS PROVEEDORES DE CONTENIDO Y SUS AGENTES RESPECTIVOS ESTARÁN LIMITADOS EN LA MAYOR EXTENSIÓN PERMITIDA POR LA LEY.

6. INDEMNIZACIÓN. Por medio del presente usted se compromete a indemnizar totalmente, defender y mantener a Univision, sus empresas matrices, subsidiarias, afiliadas, patrocinadores y agencias de publicidad y todos sus respectivos funcionarios, consejeros, empleados, agentes, licenciatarios y sus sucesores y cesionarios libres de y a salvo de toda reclamación, responsabilidad, pérdidas, costos y gastos (incluyendo honorarios de abogados) que surjan de, o sean causados por la relación con: (i) cualquier uso o presunto uso del Servicio o Contenido RSS a través de su cuenta por cualquier persona, sea o no autorizada por usted; o (ii) la operación y contenido en Su Sitio Web; o (iii) cualquier incumplimiento de sus declaraciones y garantías y otras obligaciones en virtud del presente Contrato. Univision se reserva el derecho, a su propio costo, de asumir la defensa exclusiva y control de cualquier asunto sujeto a indemnización por usted, y en tal caso, usted consciente en cooperar con la defensa de Univision en relación a dicha reclamación.

7. TERMINACIÓN. Salvo acuerdo en contrario por Univision, usted puede dar por terminado este Contrato y la licencia otorgada por el presente, en cualquier momento mediante la eliminación y destrucción de todas las copias del Servicio y Contenido RSS de Su Sitio Web, todos los discos duros, redes y otros medios de almacenamiento. Salvo acuerdo en contrario de Univision, Univision podrá restringir, suspender o terminar el Servicio, Contenido RSS, el presente Contrato, la licencia otorgada en el presente, o su acceso a cualquier aspecto o a la totalidad del Servicio y Contenido RSS en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo sin notificación previa o responsabilidad. Usted acuerda en destruir o devolver a Univision todas las copias del Servicio y del Contenido RSS y toda la información confidencial inmediatamente después de que tenga conocimiento de dicha terminación. Las secciones 2 a 8 sobrevivirán la terminación de este Contrato.

8. MISCELÁNEOS. Este Contrato representa el acuerdo y entendimiento total entre usted y Univision en relación con el uso del Servicio y el Contenido RSS y substituye todos los acuerdos y contratos anteriores o presentes entre usted y Univision, ya sean escritos u orales, respecto del mismo. En caso de que cualquier disposición de este Contrato se considere inaplicable por cualquier razón, dicha disposición se deberá modificar únicamente en la medida que sea necesaria para hacerla ejecutable. Cualquier disposición contenida en Su Sitio Web (o de un tercero en su nombre), impresa previamente en cualquier orden, factura, declaración u otro documento emitido por usted (o por un tercero en su nombre), o contenido en cualquier contrato "shrinkwrap" o "clickwrap" no tendrá validez ni efecto, y dicho acuerdo se regirá por los términos y condiciones del presente Contrato. Este Contrato se regirá por las Leyes del Estado de California como si fuera celebrado entre residentes de California y ejecutado en su totalidad dentro del estado de California, sin consideración a sus disposiciones de conflictos de leyes. Las partes acuerdan que todas las acciones que surjan en relación con el presente Contrato se ventilarán ante los tribunales estatales y federales del Condado de Los Angeles, California. Las partes se excluyen expresamente la aplicación a este Contrato de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderías y la Ley Uniforme de Transacciones de Información Computarizada (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act). Usted no podrá ceder este Contrato sin el consentimiento previo y por escrito de Univision; cualquier cesión realizada por usted sin dicho consentimiento será nula y no surtirá efectos. Usted será responsable de cumplir con todas las leyes aplicables, normas y reglamentos, en su caso, en relación con el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones bajo este Contrato. Ninguna de las partes será responsable por cualquier incumplimiento de las obligaciones (diferentes a las obligaciones de pago) aquí establecidas, o de cualquier retraso en la ejecución de los mismos, debido a causas fuera de control, incluyendo conflictos laborales de cualquier naturaleza, caso fortuito, enemigo público, actos de gobierno, falla de las telecomunicaciones, incendio u otro siniestro.

Univision no es responsable por cualquier costo o responsabilidad relacionada con la conexión (por cualquier medio) a Internet, el Servicio o cualquier otro servicio en línea, o en la red. Usted certifica que está legalmente autorizado a utilizar los Servicios y acceder al Servicio, y que usted es un individuo, mayor de 18 años de edad. Usted es responsable absoluto de la selección y uso del Servicio y el acceso al Contenido RSS. Este Contrato es nulo en aquello que esté prohibido por la ley, y el derecho a acceder al Servicio será revocado en esas jurisdicciones. Nada de lo contenido en este Contrato se considerará como limitativo o restrictivo a Univision para celebrar acuerdos con cualquier otra persona que contemple servicios similares a Su Sitio Web o de ofrecer dichos servicios similares por si mismo. Las partes aquí señaladas son contratistas independientes y nada de lo estipulado en este Contrato crea cualquier sociedad, asociación, agencia, franquicia, representación comercial o relación laboral entre las partes.   ENGLISH VERSION OF RSS Terms of Service

Univision Communications, Inc. and all of its corporate affiliates (whether existing now or in the future), including, without limitation: Univision Interactive Media, Inc. d/b/a Univision.com, The Univision Network Limited Partnership, Univision Television Group, Univision Radio, Inc., Univision Management Co., TeleFutura Network, TeleFutura Television Group, Inc., Galavision, Inc., Univision Studios, LLC, Univision of Puerto Rico, Inc., and Univision Financial Marketing, Inc. are hereinafter referred to collectively as "Univision" or "we" or "our". Univision.com includes, without limitation, www.univision.com and any WAP or mobile site associated therewith (hereinafter collectively "our Site").

RSS (really simple syndication) service is a means by which Univision offers feeds of story headlines and/or thumbnails in XML format ("RSS Content"). These RSS Terms of Service govern your use of the RSS service. The use of the RSS service is also subject to the terms and conditions of Univision's Terms of Use at http://www.univision.com/contentroot/uol/10portada/content/jhtml/NOMETA_tos_am_En.jhtml.

BY DOWNLOADING A RSS FEED (THE "SERVICE") FROM OUR SITE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THESE RSS TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE AFOREMENTIONED UNIVISION TERMS OF USE (COLLECTIVELY, THIS "AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS. Subject to Section 3 and the other terms of this Agreement and, unless otherwise consented to by Univision in writing, Univision hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, limited license to display only (without further distribution) on your Web site ("Your WebSite") the RSS Content; provided that you do not alter, edit, or delete any of the Service or RSS Content. Univision may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to any aspect or all of the Service or RSS Content at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. Univision reserves the right to modify the Service and/or RSS Content at any time in Univision's sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that the Service and RSS Content availability is subject to change at Univision's sole discretion.

2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. The Service and RSS Content is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. As between you and Univision, all title, ownership rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Service and RSS Content, and any copies or portions thereof, shall remain solely in Univision. In addition, any additional programming or technology provided by Univision in connection with the delivery of the Service, RSS Content or otherwise shall remain the sole property of Univision and no part thereof shall be deemed assigned or licensed to you. Univision shall retain all rights in and to the Service and RSS Content not expressly granted to you under Section 1 of this Agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS. Except as expressly set forth in Section 1 and/or unless otherwise consented to by Univision in writing, you shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) sell, modify, translate, copy, publish, transmit, distribute or otherwise disseminate the Service, RSS Content or any portion thereof; (b) delete or fail to display any promotional taglines included in the Service or RSS Content; (c) rent, lease, or otherwise attempt to or otherwise purport to transfer rights to the Service or RSS Content; (d) display the name, logo, trademark or other identifier of another person or entity (except for Univision or you) on Your WebSite in such a manner as to give any viewer the impression that such other person or entity is a publisher or distributor of the Service or RSS Content on Your WebSite; (e) remove, conceal, alter or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or any credit-line or date-line or other mark or source identifier included on the Service or RSS Content, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of Univision marks or logos; (f) make any representation or warranty on behalf of Univision or any of its affiliates or partner; (g) use any automated program or process, including, without limitation, bots, web crawlers, web scrapers, and/or other similar tools, to systematically extract the Service or RSS Content from our Site without our prior express written permission; (h) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control or other similar measures as may be implemented by Univision from time to time; or (i) use the Service or RSS Content on any website (including Your Website) that contains nudity or pornographic material of any kind, displays material that exploits children under the age of 18, promotes or provides instructional information about illegal activities or physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or use the Service or RSS Content in any manner that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, invasive of personal privacy or misleading.

Unless otherwise permitted by Univision, you will: (a) display the RSS Content on Your WebSite in the exact form provided by the Service, and not modify or edit any of the foregoing without Univision's prior written consent; (b) ensure that the fundamental meaning of the Service or RSS Content is not changed or distorted; (c) comply with all applicable laws and all limitations and restrictions (if any) placed by Univision on the use, display or distribution of any RSS Content ("Usage Restrictions"); and (d) not archive any of the RSS Content for access by users at any future date after the Service or RSS Content has been removed from Your WebSite or otherwise withdrawn by Univision. You acknowledge that the RSS Content must link and redirect to the appropriate area of the Site when a user clicks on the applicable RSS Content (e.g., a headline). You shall not display the Service or RSS Content in such a manner that does not allow for successful linking and redirection to, and delivery of, the Site, nor may you frame any page of the Site. You must always stipulate that the RSS Content is supplied by Univision and is protected by copyright and owned and/or licensed by Univision Communications, Inc.

Univision assumes no liability for your use of or activity in connection with the Service or RSS Content. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity by you or on Your Website will be grounds for termination of this Agreement. You will not attempt to hide your identity, represent yourself as someone else, compromise or attempt to compromise the security of any account, or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service or RSS Content. If you use, or attempt to use, any Service or RSS Content beyond the scope of the license granted in this Agreement, or attempt to tamper, hack, spoof, use robots or scripts, copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of the Service or RSS Content, then, in addition to termination of this Agreement, you may be subject to appropriate legal and equitable action.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. You represent and warrant to Univision that your mark(s), logo(s), material and content on Your WebSite, other than the Service and RSS Content, do not and will not infringe any trademark, service mark, copyright, right to publicity, right of privacy or other intellectual property right of a third party, constitute false, deceptive or unfair advertising or disparagement under applicable law, or fail to comply with applicable laws and regulations (including, for example, licensing requirements and administrative or professional rules). Univision shall not be liable for any claims or actions arising from any RSS Content included in the Service that has been modified or otherwise edited by you in any way. In addition, Univision makes no representations concerning any interruption in Service or availability of RSS Content. UNIVISION PROVIDES THE SERVICE AND RSS CONTENT ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND UNIVISION HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL UNIVISION BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF SERVICES, RSS CONTENT OR RESULTS, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DISABLING OF THE SERVICE RELATED TO NON-PAYMENT OF LICENSE FEES, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL UNIVISION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF UNIVISION SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. TO THE EXTENT THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY REASON, THE LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDERS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. INDEMNITY. You hereby agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold Univision, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, and advertising agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and their successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of, caused by or connection with: (a) any use or alleged use of the Service or RSS Content through your account by any person, whether or not authorized by you; or (ii) the operation and content on Your WebSite or (iii) any breach of your representations and warranties and other covenants under this Agreement. Univision reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Univision's defense of such claim.

7. TERMINATION. Unless otherwise agreed to by Univision, you may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein at any time by removing and destroying all copies of the Service and RSS Content from Your WebSite, all hard drives, networks, and other storage media. Unless otherwise agreed to by Univision, Univision may restrict, suspend or terminate the Service, RSS Content, this Agreement, the license granted herein, or your access to any aspect or all of the Service and RSS Content at any time and for any reason without advance notice or liability. You agree to destroy or return to Univision all copies of the Service and RSS Content and all proprietary information promptly upon learning of such termination. Sections 2 through 8 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

8. MISCELLANEOUS. This Agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement between you and Univision concerning the use of the Service and RSS Content and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and Univision, whether written or oral, concerning the same. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Any provision contained on Your WebSite (or a third party on your behalf), preprinted on any order, invoice, statement or other document issued by you (or by a third party on your behalf), or contained in any "shrinkwrap" or "clickwrap" agreement will have no force or effect and such document shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California as though entered into between California residents and to be performed entirely within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties agree that any and all actions arising from this Agreement will be brought in the state and federal courts sitting in Los Angeles County, California. The parties specifically exclude from application to the Agreement the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act. You may not assign this Agreement without Univision's prior written consent; any assignment by you without such consent shall be null and void. You shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, if any, related to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Neither party will be liable for any failure to perform any obligation (other than payment obligations) hereunder, or from any delay in the performance thereof, due to causes beyond its control, including industrial disputes of whatever nature, acts of God, public enemy, acts of government, failure of telecommunications, fire or other casualty.

Univision is not responsible for any costs or liability associated with making a connection (by any means) to the Internet, the Service or other online service, or network. You certify you are legally permitted to use the Services and access the Service, and if you are an individual, you are over 18 years of age. You take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Service and access of the RSS Content. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions. Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to limit or restrict Univision from entering into agreements with any other person covering services similar to Your WebSite or from offering such similar services itself. The parties hereto are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf and you shall not make any statement, on Your WebSite or otherwise, that conflicts with this Agreement.
